- Access conversations in a list format with the most recent messages displayed at the top.

- File Filter: Click the Files tab to display messages containing files, allowing you to quickly find all shared documents.
- Link Filter: Access the Links tab to view messages containing links for easy navigation to important resources.
- File Upload & Validation
- Loxala supports PDF, JPG, XLSX, and ZIP files up to 10MB, with clear error messages for any issues. Upload files directly in chat, enabling efficient document sharing.
- Search and Filter Conversations
- Search within message threads using keywords to locate essential information quickly. Navigate search results with arrow keys or scroll through conversations.
- Automatic Responses (Master Profiles only)
- Master Profile freelancers can create Automatic Response Templates for frequently asked questions. Use the text editor to save, edit, or delete these responses, allowing efficient communication.
