Executive Customer
Support
As an Executive Customer Support professional at Loxala, you will be the front line in ensuring our customers have an exceptional experience with our services. In this role, you will manage complex customer inquiries, provide solutions, and work closely with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction at the highest level. You will be the key to maintaining and building strong relationships with our global customer base.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide high-level, personalized support to clients, resolving their inquiries quickly and efficiently.
Manage and respond to escalated customer issues with professionalism and empathy.
Collaborate with internal teams, including technical support and sales, to ensure customer concerns are addressed.
Deliver exceptional customer experiences through effective communication, timely follow-ups, and tailored solutions.
Identify recurring issues, report them to management, and suggest improvements to processes and customer service strategies.
Track and manage customer support tickets, ensuring accurate documentation of issues and resolutions.
What We’re Looking For:
3-5 years of experience in customer support, preferably in a remote setting or high-volume customer-facing role.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a strong customer-first mentality.
Experience in managing escalated issues and providing proactive solutions to complex problems.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple inquiries and tasks efficiently.
High emotional intelligence and problem-solving abilities, ensuring a compassionate and professional approach to every customer interaction.
Familiarity with CRM tools and customer support software.Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
