Loxala respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects all users of the Platform to do the same. If you believe that your copyrighted work or other intellectual property has been used or uploaded in a way that constitutes infringement, you may submit a formal notice of such infringement to us.

To submit an intellectual property complaint, please include the following:

1. A detailed description of the intellectual property you claim has been infringed.
2. The specific URL(s) or location(s) on the Loxala Platform where the allegedly infringing material appears.
3. Your name, email address, phone number, and (if applicable) your company or legal representative information.
4. A statement that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the intellectual property owner, its agent, or the law.
5. A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information provided is accurate and that you are the owner of the intellectual property or authorized to act on behalf of the owner.
6. Your physical or electronic signature.
