Head of Partnerships

Build and manage high-impact partnerships that drive growth, brand value, and user acquisition across Loxala’s freelancer, client, and educational ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and secure partnership opportunities (influencers, platforms, SaaS tools, affiliates, etc.)
Negotiate, onboard, and manage key partners across regions (USA, UK, India, Brazil, EU, etc.)
Work with marketing, product, and leadership to create joint campaigns, bundles, or co-branded experiences
Launch and scale Loxala's Affiliate & Influencer Program
Develop relationships with other startups, marketplaces, and investor networks
Track partnership performance, engagement, and ROI with clear reporting

What We’re Looking For:

Strong ability to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities within a remote working environment.
Strong Communicator You’re confident negotiating, pitching, and managing relationships at all levels.
Global Perspective: You understand cultural nuances and can collaborate with teams and partners across time zones.
Comfortable working independently, setting goals, and hitting metrics
Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
