Operations Manager
As an Operations Manager, you’ll work closely with our CEO and hiring team to manage and streamline the entire process of finding and collaborating with recruitment agencies and HR platforms to bring verified freelancers to Loxala.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and research top freelancer recruitment agencies, HR firms, and sourcing platforms globally.
Reach out to agencies, coordinate introductions, and negotiate basic collaboration terms.
Assign internal tasks and ensure clear communication with team members executing those tasks.
Follow up regularly with both internal stakeholders and external partners to keep pipelines active.
Build weekly progress reports with freelancer numbers, agency status, and performance summaries.
Act as the central point of coordination between CEO, recruiters, and internal operations.
