Steps to Close Your Account

If you’ve decided to close your Loxala account, follow these steps carefully to ensure a secure and complete process.

1. Confirm Important Considerations
  • Closing your account is permanent. All data, including job history, client interactions, and payment details, will be permanently inaccessible.
  • Ensure any remaining balance is withdrawn and all active contracts are resolved, as these will no longer be accessible after account closure.

2. Navigate to Account Closure Settings
  • Go to Account Settings > Close Account in your profile settings.

3. Enter Your Password
  • In the Close Account section, enter your current password to verify your identity.

4. Select a Reason for Closure
  • Choose a reason from a dropdown menu to help us understand your decision.

5. Finalize Closure
  • After entering your password and selecting a reason, click Close Account.
  • You will see a confirmation message stating that your account has been successfully closed.
  • An email confirmation will also be sent to your registered email address.

Important Notes

Finality of Closure: Once closed, the account cannot be recovered, and all data associated with it will be permanently deleted following a brief retention period for compliance purposes.

Notification of Clients: Ensure to notify any clients of your decision to close the account to prevent disruption to ongoing projects.
