Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) – Google Authenticator Required
1. Enabling Google Authenticator
- Navigate to:
Account Settings > Security Settings
- Enable 2FA by toggling the switch under the Two-Factor Authentication section.
- Scan the QR Code with the Google Authenticator app on your mobile device.
- Enter the 6-digit code generated by the app to verify and complete setup.
2. Updating or Resetting 2FA
- Edit Settings: To make changes to your 2FA setup, you must confirm your current password.
- Lost Access? Contact Loxala Support to securely reset your 2FA after verifying your identity.
3. Changing Your Password
- Current Password: Required to authorize changes.
- New Password: Must be at least 8 characters and include uppercase, lowercase, a number, and a special character.
- Confirm and Save: Re-enter the new password and click Save Changes.
Regular password updates are recommended to keep your account secure.
