Enhance your account security with two-factor authentication, manage authorized devices, and implement additional protective measures.

Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) – Google Authenticator Required

1. Enabling Google Authenticator

  • Navigate to: Account Settings > Security Settings
  • Enable 2FA by toggling the switch under the Two-Factor Authentication section.
  • Scan the QR Code with the Google Authenticator app on your mobile device.
  • Enter the 6-digit code generated by the app to verify and complete setup.

2. Updating or Resetting 2FA

  • Edit Settings: To make changes to your 2FA setup, you must confirm your current password.
  • Lost Access? Contact Loxala Support to securely reset your 2FA after verifying your identity.

3. Changing Your Password

  • Current Password: Required to authorize changes.
  • New Password: Must be at least 8 characters and include uppercase, lowercase, a number, and a special character.
  • Confirm and Save: Re-enter the new password and click Save Changes.

Regular password updates are recommended to keep your account secure.
