The Financial Dashboard is your central hub for managing all payment processes on Loxala. It provides real-time insights into earnings, scheduled payments, withdrawal options, and more.

Important Notice: Bank Account Setup Unavailable

If you’re in a country without bank transfer support, alternative methods are available:

• Select a Supported Bank Account: Choose a bank account from Loxala's supported country list to receive payments directly.
• Contact Support for assistance in finding the best withdrawal method for your location.

Financial Dashboard Features

1. Financial Report

• Available Funds: Displays the current accessible funds after deductions. Funds remain pending for 8 days post-client release for both fixed and hourly contracts.
• Total Earnings: Shows cumulative income over a selected period.
• Pending Payments: Tracks any unpaid client amounts.
• Comparison with Goals: Monitors your earnings relative to financial targets, using visual indicators to show progress toward monthly or annual goals. A notification and email are triggered at 80% completion to keep you motivated.

Example: If your monthly goal is $5,000 and you’ve earned $4,000 by the 20th, the dashboard will indicate 80% progress, prompting you to stay focused.

Withdrawal Management

Loxala offers flexible withdrawal settings, allowing you to manage funds according to your needs:

1. Setting a Withdrawal Schedule  
   • Minimum Balance: Initiate withdrawals once you reach $100 in available balance.
   • Frequency Options: Choose between weekly or monthly withdrawals for a consistent payout schedule.
2. Choosing Withdrawal Method  
   • Bank Account: Set up a bank account for regular transfers, displayed with the last four digits for easy identification.
3. Verification Requirements  
   • SMS Verification: For security, each withdrawal requires SMS verification, with a “Trust This Browser” option to streamline future verifications.
   • 2FA Setup: If 2FA is inactive, setup will be required for security purposes before proceeding with withdrawals.

Withdrawal Options: Standard & Express

• Standard Withdrawal: Available in the US, UK, and Japan. Fees are $0.99 per transaction, with a processing time of 2-7 business days.
• Express Withdrawal: Available in the US and UK, with a 1.5%-2% fee plus $0.99, and funds arriving within 30 minutes, including weekends and holidays.

Japan’s Weekly Payouts: Processed every Monday at 1 AM GMT.

Transaction History

The Transaction Summary allows you to track all transactions, including project payments, withdrawals, and credit purchases.

Transaction Columns Explained

• Transaction ID: A unique ID for easy reference.
• Date: Date of the transaction, tracking payment timelines.
• Type: Indicates the nature, such as Project Payment or Withdrawal.
• Details: Includes client info, project description, and payment methods.
• Amount: Shows the monetary value of each transaction.
• Status: Indicates whether a transaction is Completed, Pending, In Progress, Transferred, or under Dispute.

Invoice Generation

Downloadable invoices are available for Completed transactions, such as project payments and withdrawals.
