Step-by-Step Guide to Creating a Freelancer Account on Loxala

1. Visit the Loxala Website

• Open your browser and go to www.loxala.com.

2. Locate the "Sign Up" Button

• On the homepage, you’ll see a "Sign Up" button in the top right corner. Click on it to begin the registration process.

3. Choose "Sign Up as a Freelancer"

• You will be prompted to choose between a freelancer or client account. Select "Sign Up as a Freelancer" to continue.

4. Complete the Registration Form

• Fill in the required details:
  • First Name: Enter your first name.
  • Last Name: Enter your last name.
  • Email Address: Provide a valid email address for communication.
  • Password: Create a strong password (minimum 8 characters, including an uppercase letter, a number, and a special character).
• Check the boxes to agree to the Terms of Service, User Agreement, and receive periodic emails.

5. Submit the Registration Form

• After completing the form, click "Submit" to create your account.

6. Email Verification

• After submission, you will receive a verification email from [email protected]. Check your inbox for the email and click the verification link.
  • If you don’t receive the email, check your spam/junk folder.
  • You can also click "Resend Verification Email" on the sign-up page.

7. Account Activation

• Clicking the verification link activates your account, and you will be redirected to your freelancer dashboard.
• Note: Until your email is verified, you cannot access any platform features, including login or account recovery. Accounts that remain unverified for 24 hours will be automatically deleted.

8. Profile Creation

• Once redirected to your dashboard, you’ll be prompted to complete your freelancer profile.
  • Add your skills, work experience, and a short bio to make your profile appealing to clients.
• You must complete at least 80% of your profile before applying for jobs.

9. Welcome Email

• You’ll receive a welcome email with further details about Loxala and tips to maximize your profile’s effectiveness.

Alternative Sign-Up: Using Gmail or Apple

For a quicker sign-up process, you can use Gmail or Apple to register on Loxala:

1. Visit the Loxala Website

• Open your browser and go to www.loxala.com.

2. Choose "Sign Up as a Freelancer"

• Click the "Sign Up" button and select "Sign Up as a Freelancer".

3. Select "Sign Up with Gmail" or "Sign Up with Apple"

• Choose the Gmail or Apple sign-up option to proceed.

4. Grant Permissions and Provide Additional Details

• Allow the necessary permissions to link your account.
• Fill in any additional information, such as your first name and last name.
• Agree to the Terms of Service and User Agreement.

5. Set a Password

• After signing up, you’ll be prompted to set a secure password to manage account settings.
• Complete your profile as guided in the previous section.
